摘 要:随着我国“大众创业,万众创新”战略的不断深入,创新创业教育在高职教育中的重要性日益提升。师资队伍作为创新创业教育的核心要素,其结构的合理性对于创新创业教育成效有着直接影响。文章通过分析创新创业教育与师资队伍结构之间的内在关联,揭示师资队伍在创新创业教育过程中的关键作用,并针对当前双创师资队伍结构现状,提出提高实践型教师比例、构建“三位一体”的创新创业教育师资队伍,以及完善师资培训体系等优化策略。With the continuous deepening of China's"mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation"strategy,the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education is increasingly increasing.The rationality of the structure of the teaching staff,as the core element of innovation and entrepreneurship education,has a direct impact on the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education.The article analyzes the intrinsic relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and the structure of the teaching staff,reveals the key role of the teaching staff in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and proposes optimization strategies such as increasing the proportion of practical teachers,building a"three in one"innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching staff,and improving the teacher training system based on the current situation of the structure of the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching staff.
