摘　　要：良好的职业道德是学生职业发展的重要基石,在化工类职业院校人才培养中,要提高学生职业道德教育在职业教育体系中的地位,将职业道德教育贯穿三年教育教学活动,推进职业道德教育工作全面开展。文章从概述化工类职业道德教育内容入手,分析了化工类职业院校学生职业道德教育中存在的不足,然后从思政教育、专业课程、实习实训、校园文化,以及社会实践五个维度提出新时代化工类职业院校学生职业道德教育的方法,期望为提高职业院校职业道德教育成效提供参考和借鉴。Good professional ethics is an important cornerstone of students'career development.In the talent cultivation of chemical vocational colleges,it is necessary to enhance the position of students'professional ethics education in the vocational education system,integrate professional ethics education into the three-year education and teaching activities,and promote the comprehensive development of professional ethics education.This article starts with an overview of the content of vocational ethics education in chemical engineering,then analyzes the shortcomings of vocational ethics education for students in chemical engineering vocational colleges,and finally proposes new methods and approaches for vocational ethics education for students in chemical engineering vocational colleges in the new era from five dimensions:ideological and political education,professional courses,internships and training,campus culture,and social practice.It is hoped that this will provide reference and guidance for improving the effectiveness of vocational ethics education.
