开放教育现代管理原理课程教学改革研究——以贵阳开放大学为例

摘　　要：现代管理原理是开放教育工商管理专业的“中开”课程,也是一门专业基础课,教学过程有了解、掌握和重点掌握三个层次要求。传统的单向教学存在智慧树教学直播平台与国开一网平台不兼容、教学内容结构需优化,以及分校级课程团队建设力度不足等问题,随着贵阳开放大学“高质量教育”要求的提出,需要从教学平台融合、优化教学内容和建设课程团队三方面去完善和提升。因此,对开放教育现代管理原理课程教学改革进行探索和研究迫在眉睫。Modern Management Principles is a"middle open"course for open education business management majors,and it is also a fundamental course for the profession.The teaching process requires three levels of understanding,mastery,and key mastery.The traditional one-way teaching has problems such as incompatibility between the Smart Tree teaching live streaming platform and the National Open One Network platform,optimization of teaching content structure,and insufficient construction of branch level course teams.With the demand for"high-quality education"from Guiyang Open University,it is necessary to improve and enhance it from three aspects:integration of teaching platforms,optimization of teaching content,and construction of course teams.Therefore,it is urgent to explore and study the teaching reform of modern management principles in open education.
