摘 要:高校教职工具有较为强烈的心理健康服务需求,个人发展、生活压力,以及职场和师生关系等是其最为关注的主题,个体心理咨询与心理健康状况测评是其首选的服务方式。然而,高校目前提供的教职工心理健康服务存在组织规划不足、形式内容单一、支持保障有限等问题,无法满足教职工的实际需求。高校应加快构建以需求为导向的教职工心理健康服务体系,强化系统性与专业性,以最大限度促进教职工身心健康发展。University faculty and staff have a strong demand for mental health services,with personal development,life stress,and workplace and teacher-student relationships being their most concerned themes.Individual psychological counseling and mental health assessment are their preferred service methods.However,the mental health services currently provided by universities for faculty and staff have problems such as insufficient organizational planning,single form and content,and limited support and guarantee,which cannot meet the actual needs of faculty and staff.Universities should accelerate the construction of a demand-oriented mental health service system for faculty and staff,strengthen systematicity and professionalism,in order to maximize the physical and mental health development of faculty and staff.
