积分制绩效考核在PIVAS管理中的应用及问题探讨

摘  要:目的考察积分制绩效考核方法在静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)管理中的应用效果。方法对PIVAS人员绩效分配采用积分制考核:(1)制定积分细则,将绩效分为基础绩效和考核绩效两部分,考核绩效部分按积分制考核结果进行分配;(2)评价指标:比较实施前后调配人员工作效率和工作质量以及对绩效分配的满意度。结果实施积分制绩效考核后,调配时间比实施前缩短约20分钟,差错率从实施前三个月的1.82‰下降至近三个月的0.93‰,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);调配人员对绩效分配的满意度明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论在PIVAS日常管理中应用积分制绩效考核,量化了考核指标,增强了工作责任心,提高了工作积极性,提升了工作效率和工作质量。Objective To the effectiveness of point-based performance appraisal in the management of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).Method The performance distribution of PIVAS personnel was assessed by the point system.(1)Developing scoring rules.The performance was divided into two parts:basic performance and appraisal performance.The appraisal performance part was distributed according to the appraisal results of the point system.(2)Evaluation indexes:comparison before and after the implementation of deployment of personnel work efficiency and work quality as well as to the performance of the distribution of satisfaction.Results After the implementation of the point system performance appraisal,the deployment time was shortened by about 20 minutes compared with the pre-implementation period,and the error rate decreased from 1.82‰in the three months before the implementation to 0.93‰in the last three months,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The satisfaction of deployment personnel with the performance allocation was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of the point system performance appraisal in the daily management of PIVAS quantifies the appraisal indexes,enhances the sense of responsibility and motivation,and improves the efficiency and quality of work.
