摘　　要：通过梳理《黄帝内经》中运气理论与头痛发病的相关论述,探究运气变化与火郁头痛发病的内在机制。明确运气的异常变化与火郁头痛的发病有两方面联系:其一,后天发病运气对罹患火郁头痛的影响。其二,先天运气禀赋对罹患火郁头痛的影响。明晰运气因素影响下罹患火郁头痛在病位可累及心系;临床常伴心痛、心烦、神昏、出血、疮疡等症,可从心、从火论治。Sort out the relevant discussions on the theory of five movements and six qi and the incidence of fire depression headache in The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine,to explore the pathogenesis of the change of five movements and six qi and the onset of fire depression headache.It is clear that the abnormal changes of the yun-qi are related to the onset of headache in two aspects:first,the effect of the change of yun-qi on the onset of fire depression headache.Second,the effect of congenital yun-qi attribute on the onset of fire depression headache.It is clear that the influence of five movements and six qi factors,suffering from fire depression headache can affect the heart system in the disease position.Clinical symptoms are often accompanied by heartache,upset,dizziness,bleeding,sores and other symptoms.It can be treated from the heart and fiery.
