摘 要:永磁无刷直流电机在运行过程中受谐振影响而发生电流畸变,当前控制方法中没有明确区别永磁无刷直流电机的非换相时刻和换相时刻的中点电压,导致在电压波动下,其谐振特征会发生明显偏差,过大的波动残差导致后期控制效果不佳。提出了永磁无刷直流电机谐振PLC自动控制方法,通过计算永磁无刷直流电机的非换相时刻和换相时刻的中点电压,设置在中点电压下的永磁无刷直流电机的运行状态,控制残差波动。在此基础上,通过模态分析提取永磁无刷直流电机的谐振特征,为永磁无刷直流电机的谐振控制提供基础。对电机的模态阻抗值展开控制,将PLC控制器作为永磁无刷直流电机的核心控制系统,并将PI控制器引入其中,形成PI-PLC控制器,添加z系数提高谐振控制的效果,实现永磁无刷直流电机的谐振控制。实验结果表明,该方法的收敛速度快、控制性能高。The permanent magnet brushless DC motor undergoes current distortion due to resonance during operation.The current control methods do not clearly distinguish between the non commutation time and the midpoint voltage of the commutation time of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor,resulting in significant deviation of its resonance characteristics under voltage fluctuations.Excessive residual fluctuations lead to poor control performance in the later stage.A resonant PLC automatic control method for permanent magnet brushless DC motor is proposed.By calculating the non commutation time and the midpoint voltage at the commutation time of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor,the operating state of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor set at the midpoint voltage is controlled to control residual fluctuations.On this basis,the resonance characteristics of permanent magnet brushless DC motors are extracted through modal analysis,providing a basis for the resonance control of permanent magnet brushless DC motors.Control the modal impedance value of the motor,use PLC controller as the core control system of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor,and introduce PI controller to form a PI-PLC controller.Add z coefficient to improve the resonance control effect,and achieve resonance control of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor.The experimental results show that the method has fast convergence speed and high control performance.
