摘 要:采用氨水溶解-三次还原法从成分复杂的氯化银中提取纯银,该工艺主要由氯化银洗涤、氨水溶解、分离固体不溶物、一次还原分离贵金属、二次还原获得纯银、三次还原回收残余的贵金属、银洗涤、银熔炼、废水废气处理等环节组成。实践表明,采用此工艺能以成分复杂的氯化银为原料,制取纯度达到99.99%以上的纯银。该工艺具有基础设施投入少、流程简单、操作方便、适用范围广等优点,适用于大部分企业日常生产过程中产生的氯化银的回收提纯。The extraction of silver chloride with complex composition was studied by ammonia dissolution-tertiary reduction method.The process mainly consists of silver chloride washing,ammonia water dissolution,separation of solid insoluble matter,primary reduction separation of precious metals,secondary reduction to obtain pure silver,tertiary reduction to recover residual precious metals,silver washing,silver smelting,waste water and waste gas treatment.Practice has shown that this process can use silver chloride with a complex composition as raw material to produce pure silver with a purity of more than 99.99%.The process has the advantages of less infrastructure investment,simple process,convenient operation and wide scope of application,and is suitable for the recovery of silver chloride produced in the daily production process of most enterprises.
