摘 要:两段炼铜法相较于传统三段炼铜法具有流程短、更节能的技术优势,多元炉作为两段短流程炼铜主要工艺环节,利用其产生的中压余热蒸汽产生电能,将热能转化为电能并入生产主供电网络,用以降低整个生产工艺综合能耗指标,从而实现降本增效。文章结合多元炉余热产生电能项目真实案例,分析了余热产生电能系统生产技术问题,研究开发了铜冶炼余热发电主体设备和辅机系统,实现了DCS加DEH加ETS加MES相融合的远程自动化控制生产系统,并结合国家电网政策实时调配电能负荷削峰填谷来降低综合电单价,证明其具有较高生产应用和经济价值。Compared with the traditional three-stage copper smelting method,the two-stage copper smelting method has the technical advantages of shorter process and more energy-saving.As the main process link of the two-stage short process copper smelting,the multi element furnace uses the medium pressure waste heat steam generated by it to generate electricity,convert the heat energy into electricity,and integrate it into the main power supply network of production to reduce the comprehensive energy consumption index of the entire production process,thereby achieving cost reduction and efficiency increase.The article combines a real case of a multi furnace waste heat power generation project to analyze the production technology issues of waste heat power generation systems.The main equipment and auxiliary system of copper smelting waste heat power generation have been studied and developed,and a remote automated control production system integrating DCS,DEH,ETS,and MES has been achieved.In combination with the national power grid policy,the electricity load is adjusted in real-time to reduce the comprehensive electricity unit price,proving its high production application and economic value.
