服务乡村振兴的“乡建农创”课程体系探究与实践

摘  要:武汉职业技术学院艺术设计学院开展校企合作“乡村景观改造”项目,对湖北省内农村农业进行深入的调查与研究,针对农村存在的基础设施薄弱、产业发展乏力、人口结构空心化、抗风险能力弱等问题,对服务乡村振兴的高职艺术设计专业人才培养进行创新探索。通过搭建学校、政府、企业三方协同育人平台,构建“一轴两翼”乡建课程体系,形成“可持续、可参与、可借鉴”的“艺术+科技+乡村”的人才培养创新模式。以大师工作室及田野课堂为主,整合艺术、科技、电商等方面的资源及优势进行三教改革,劳动教育贯穿人才培养全过程,为乡村振兴培养生力军。The department of Art Design of Wuhan Polytechnic has conducted an in-depth investigation and research on rural agriculture in Hubei Province in the project of“Rural landscape transformation”,which is a cooperation between the school and the enterprise,in view of the problems existing in rural areas,such as weak infrastructure,weak industrial development,hollow population structure and weak anti-risk ability,this paper makes innovative exploration on the cultivation of higher professional art and design talents for rural revitalization.By setting up a tripartite education platform of schools,governments and enterprises,and constructing the curriculum system of“One axis and two wings”in rural construction,an innovative talent training model of“Art+technology+village”has been formed,which is sustainable,participatory and referential.Based on the master studio and field classes,integrating the arts,technology,e-commerce and other resources and advantages to carry out the reform of the three religions,Labor education throughout the whole process of personnel training,for the revitalization of the countryside to train fresh troops.
