摘  要:文章针对石膏型卤水进行卤水组成特点分析、连续卤水净化工艺探究、六效真空制盐工艺在节能降耗方面的效果分析。通过分析传统制盐工艺中存在的能耗和资源浪费问题,结合石膏型卤水真空制盐技术的原理和特点,提出了一种新型的节能降耗工艺方案。通过实际生产运行相关数据分析,证明了该工艺方案在能耗和资源利用效率方面的优势,为盐行业的可持续发展提供了重要的技术支持和参考。The application of six-effect vacuum salt making process of gypsum brine in en⁃ergy saving and consumption reduction was investigated in this article.By analyzing the problems of energy consumption and resource waste in traditional salt manufacture process and combining with the principle and characteristics of vacuum salt manufacture technology of gypsum brine,a new technology scheme of energy saving and consumption reduction was put forward.Through ex⁃perimental verification and data analysis,the advantages of the process scheme in energy consump⁃tion and resource utilization efficiency are proved,which provides important technical support and reference for the sustainable development of salt industry.
