摘 要:建立以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系,是我国生态文明制度建设的重要内容。目前国家公园体制试点建设基本完成。国家公园是我国自然保护地最重要的类型之一,它的建设是一项系统工程,范围内的河湖生态景观建设是国家公园建设过程中的重要内容。以福建崇阳溪为例,基于“绿水青山就是金山银山”的绿色发展理念,运用园林景观学、生态学理论和设计方法,采用生态保护修复、空间系统连接、文化传承发展等设计策略,并结合工程实际进行研究,提出了国家公园内河湖生态景观建设措施体系及发展模式,旨在为其他地区国家公园的河湖生态景观建设提供借鉴。Establishing a nature reserve system centered on national parks is a crucial aspect of China's ecological civilization system.The pilot construction of the national park system has been basically completed.National parks are one of the most important types of nature reserves in China,and their construction is a systematic project.The construction of river and lake ecological landscapeswithin these parks is a crucial component of the national park development.TakingChongyangRiver in Fujian as an example,and based on the green development concept that"lucidwaters and lushmountains are invaluable assets",this paper applies theories and design methods from landscape architecture and ecology.It employs design strategies such as ecological protection and restoration,spatial system connectivity,and cultural heritage development.By integrating these strategies with practical engineering research,this study proposes a system of measures and development models for constructing river and lake ecological landscapes within national parks,and provide a reference for similar projects in other regions.
