上海外冈镇老年人脂肪肝与高血压、糖尿病、中医体质相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨上海外冈镇老年人中脂肪肝与高血压、糖尿病、中医体质的相关性,为脂肪肝的预防和治疗提供依据。方法选择参加2023年上海外冈镇老年体检的10812例体检居民作为观察对象,调查脂肪肝、高血压、糖尿病患病率,采用Logistic回归分析脂肪肝与高血压、糖尿病的相关性,分析脂肪肝患者中医体质分类。结果10812例体检者中,脂肪肝3921例(36.27%)、高血压4704例(43.51%)、糖尿病1830例(16.93%)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,高血压、糖尿病与脂肪肝独立相关(OR 4.162、3.329,P=0.004、0.042)。脂肪肝患者中,中医体质分类占比最高的分别是痰湿质1118例(28.51%)、气虚质1023例(26.09%)、血瘀质973例(24.82%)。结论脂肪肝与高血压、糖尿病、中医体质关系密切,应结合以上指标预防治疗脂肪肝。Objective To explore the correlation between fatty liver and hypertension,diabetes mellitus,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution among the elderly in Waigang Town,Shanghai,and to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of fatty liver.Methods A total of 10812 medical check-up residents who participated in the 2023 medical check-up of the elderly in Waigang Town,Shanghai were selected as the observation subjects to investigate the prevalence of fatty liver,hypertension and diabetes mellitus,and the correlation between fatty liver,hypertension and diabetes mellitus was analysed by logistic regression,and the TCM constitution classifications of patients with fatty liver was analysed.Results Among 10812 physical examinees,3921(36.27%)had fatty liver,4704(43.51%)had hypertension,1830(16.93%)had diabetes.Logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension,diabetes and fatty liver were independently related(OR 4.162,3.329,P=0.004,0.042).Among patients with fatty liver,the highest proportion of traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification were 1118 cases(28.51%)of phlegm dampness constitution,1023 cases(26.09%)of qi deficiency constitution,and 973 cases(24.82%)of blood stasis constitution.Conclusions Fatty liver is closely related to hypertension,diabetes mellitus and TCM constitution,and should be combined with the above indicators to prevent and treat fatty liver.
