摘　　要：在融媒体时代背景下,信息传播展现了其独特的魅力,信息量大、传播速度快、交互性强成为了这个时代的显著特点。这一变革不仅深刻影响着社会的各个层面,也对高校辅导员的思政教育工作提出了新的要求和挑战。辅导员作为大学生思政教育的重要承担者,其工作直接关系到学生世界观、人生观和价值观的形成与发展。探讨融媒体时代高校辅导员网络思政工作的创新路径不仅对于提升辅导员的思政教育工作能力、增强思政教育的针对性和实效性具有重要意义,更是引导大学生树立正确世界观、人生观和价值观的关键所在。对此,本文通过概述融媒体时代,分析高校辅导员网络思政工作的现状和融媒体时代高校辅导员网络思政工作创新的理论基础,进而研究融媒体时代高校辅导员网络思政工作创新意义,再次基础上探讨融媒体时代高校辅导员网络思政工作创新路径,以期为辅导员在融媒体环境下的思政教育工作提供有益的参考和借鉴。In the context of the era of integrated media,information dissemination has shown its unique charm,with a large amount of information,fast dissemination speed,and strong interactivity becoming prominent features of this era.This change not only profoundly affects various levels of society,but also puts forward new requirements and challenges for the ideological and political education work of college counselors.As an important carrier of ideological and political education for college students,the work of counselors is directly related to the formation and development of students'worldviews,life philosophies,and values.Exploring the innovative path of online ideological and political work for college counselors in the era of integrated media is not only of great significance for enhancing the ideological and political education work ability of counselors,strengthening the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education,but also the key to guiding college students to establish a correct worldview,outlook on life,and values.In this regard,this article provides an overview of the era of integrated media,analyzes the current situation of network ideological and political work of college counselors,and the theoretical basis for innovation in network ideological and political work of college counselors in the era of integrated media.It further studies the significance of innovation in network ideological and political work of college counselors in the era of integrated media,and explores the innovative path of network ideological and political work of college counselors in the era of integrated media.The aim is to provide useful references and inspirations for counselors'ideological and political education work in the context of integrated media.
