内蒙古药品评价性抽验中降香质量分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对降香的评价性抽验结果进行分析,对其质量现状及质量标准进行评价。方法:依据标准检验中发现的问题,从三切面的显微特征、降香对照药材与样品高效液相色图谱对比、挥发油中橙花叔醇含量方面进行探索性研究。结果:标准检验合格率为61.0%;探索性研究结果表明,混伪品现象比较严重。结论:降香整体质量较差,质量标准有待于进一步提高。Objective:By analyzing the evaluative sampling results of Dalbergia odorifera,evaluate its quality status and standards.Methods:Based on the problems found in the standard inspection,exploratory research was conducted on the microscopic characteristics of the three sections,the comparison of high-performance liquid chromatography between the reference medicinal materials and samples,and the content of orange blossom tert alcohol in the volatile oil.Results:The qualified rate of standard inspection is 61.0%;The exploratory research results indicate that the phenomenon of counterfeit products is quite serious.Conclusion:The overall quality of Odoriferae Herba is poor,and the quality standards need to be further improved.
