摘　　要：在数字经济深刻影响劳动力收入分配格局的时代背景下,性别收入分配随之发生改变,性别工资差距呈现新特征。从理论层面分析数字经济发展对性别工资差距的影响机理,并利用2014—2020年的中国家庭追踪调查数据进行实证检验。研究发现,数字经济发展显著缩小了性别工资差距,在进行一系列稳健性检验后结论依然成立。机制检验结果表明数字经济发展主要通过技能偏向型技术进步效应和平台经济效应来缩小性别工资差距。异质性分析发现数字经济发展更有助于缩小低工资收入、低技能和农业户籍的劳动者的性别工资差距。In the context of the profound impact of the digital economy on the distribution pattern of labor in⁃come,gender income distribution has undergone changes,and the gender wage gap has shown new characteristics.This paper analyzes the impact mechanism of digital economy development on gender wage gap from a theoretical perspective,and uses Chinese household tracking survey data from 2014 to 2020 for empirical testing.Research has found that the development of the digital economy has significantly reduced the gender wage gap,and the con⁃clusion remains valid after a series of robustness tests.The mechanism test results indicate that the development of the digital economy mainly narrows the gender wage gap through skill biased technological progress effects and platform economy effects.The heterogeneity analysis finds that the development of digital economy is more condu⁃cive to alleviating the gender wage gap of workers with low wage income,low skills and rural registered residence.
