论张申府的“群己”思想

摘  要:张申府是五四新文化运动的推动者,也是中、西、马“三流合一”的倡导者。“群己”范畴作为张申府社会改造思想的精髓之一,贯穿于他对人性变革、社会改造与宇宙文化的探索中,具有“形下”与“形上”的双重内涵和“实”“活”“中”的理论内蕴。“实”与“理性”的结合被张申府看作是人性革新和人类进步的重要动力;“活”是民主自由之道,是张申府对辩证唯物论思想的阐发;“中”是道德秩序的要求,是张申府依据儒家的“中道”对“天人合一”思想的现代探索。探讨张申府的“群己”思想,有助于深入把握他的哲学、伦理、政治思想系统,也可为当代思想文化建设提供重要资源。Zhang Shenfu was not only a promoter of the May Fourth New Culture Movement but also an advocate of the integration of Chinese,Western and Marxist thoughts.As one of the essences of his ideas on social transformation,the category of"individual versus society"runs through his exploration into human nature reform,social transformation and universal culture and embodies dual connotations of"material"and"metaphysical"as well as theoretical connotations of"reality","vitality"and"mean",The combination of"reality"and"rationality"is regarded by Zhang Shenfu as a crucial driving force for the innovation of human nature and human progress."Vitality"represents the path to democracy and freedom,manifesting his elaboration of dialectical materialist thought;"Mean"embodies the demand for moral order,and represents his modern exploration into the idea of"the unity of heaven and man"based on Confucian concept of the doctrine of the mean.Exploring Zhang Shenfu's ideas of"individual versus society"not only facilitates a deeper understanding of his philosophical,ethical and political ideological system but also provides valuable resources for the construction of contemporary ideology and culture.
