摘  要:炸药乳化技术一直都在军事、矿产和民用领域中扮演着重要角色。乳化效果的优化一直是炸药制备工作的关键,对炸药的整体性能具有决定性影响。基于此,本文对炸药乳化进行了简要论述,分析了油相材料的运动粘度,分别从乳化稳定性、颗粒大小分布以及乳化速度等方面探讨了油相材料运动粘度对炸药乳化效果的影响,并提出了改善乳化效果的措施,以期为优化炸药乳化效果提供参考和借鉴。Explosive emulsion technology has always played an important role in the military,mineral,and civilian fields.However,the optimization of emulsification effect has always been the key to the preparation of explosives,which has a decisive impact on the overall performance of explosives.Based on this,this article briefly discusses the emulsification of explosives,analyzes the kinematic viscosity of oil phase materials,and explores the influence of the kinematic viscosity of oil phase materials on the emulsification effect of explosives from the aspects of emulsification stability,particle size distribution,and emulsification speed.Measures to improve the emulsification effect are proposed,in order to provide reference and reference for optimizing the emulsification effect of explosives.
