摘  要:“财政绩效管理”是财政学与公共管理等专业的必修课程,旨在帮助学生熟悉、理解和掌握财政绩效管理的基础理论及其基本内容,把握改革动态,优化财政绩效管理运作模式,开阔学生视野,提升综合能力,对财政学等专业的教学、科研和人才培养具有重要价值。该文探讨了“财政绩效管理”课程在建设和发展过程中面临的问题和挑战,提出课程体系建设的基本思路,以促进该课程教学和实践之间的有效融合。Government Performance Management is a compulsory course for majors such as public finance and public administration.It aims to assist students in becoming familiar with,understanding,and mastering the fundamental theories and core content of government performance management.The course enables students to grasp reform dynamics,optimize the operational modes of government performance management,broaden their perspectives,enhance their comprehensive abilities,and holds significant value for teaching,research,and talent development in fields like public finance.This research seeks to explore the challenges and issues encountered in the construction and development of this course and proposes a fundamental approach to building the curriculum system for Government Performance Management in China.The objective is to facilitate effective integration between the teaching and practical aspects of this course.
