摘  要:本文研究了医学检验专业基层教学组织的发展局限性,医学检验学科特点和人才培养模式,发现医学检验学科交叉融合发展特色明显,企业和高端产业人才参与度高,提出基于“校院企协同、科产教融合”重构医学检验基层教学组织,优化人才培养模式,有助于培养社会、产业需要的新医科人才。This paper studies the development limitation of the basic teaching organization of medical laboratory specialty,the characteristics of medical laboratory discipline and the training mode of talents.It is found that the cross-integration development of medical laboratory disciplines has obvious characteristics,and the participation of enterprises and high-end industrial talents is high.It is proposed to reconstruct the basic teaching organization of medical laboratory based on the“cooperation between universities and enterprises cooperation and the integration of science,production and education”.The optimization of personnel training mode is conducive to the training of new medical talents needed by society and industry.
