摘 要:为扩宽淀粉的应用空间,研究了酯化处理、辐照处理对淀粉结构和浆液性能的影响;采用高能电子束辐照作为物理改性手段对淀粉进行辐照处理,采用醋酸乙烯酯作为酯化剂对淀粉进行酯化处理,优化了醋酸酯淀粉的制备工艺。较佳的工艺条件为:酯化剂质量分数30%、反应温度40℃、反应时间1.5 h、反应pH值9。并在该条件下对其红外光谱、接触角、浆液性能进行分析。结果表明:辐照处理不会引入新的官能团;酯化处理成功引入了乙酰基基团,大幅度提高了接触角,淀粉由亲水转为疏水,接触角达107.2°;辐照醋酸酯淀粉的黏度大幅度下降,黏度稳定性明显提高。To expand the application space of starch,the effects of esterification treatment and irradiation treatment on the structure of starch and its slurry properties are studied.High energy electron beam irradiation is used as a physical modification method to irradiate starch,and vinyl acetate is used as an esterifying agent to esterify starch.The preparation process of acetate starch is optimized,and the optimum process conditions are determined:the amount of esterifying agent is 30%,and reaction at 40℃for 1.5 hours with pH value of 9.And under this condition,the infrared spectrum,contact angle,and slurry performance are analyzed.The results show that irradiation treatment does not introduce new functional groups,the successful introduction of acetyl groups in esterification treatment significantly increases the contact angle,and the starch changes from hydrophilic to hydrophobic,with a contact angle of 107.2°.The viscosity of irradiated acetate starch decreases significantly,and the viscosity stability is significantly improved.
