运用活血利水法治疗糖尿病气阴两虚脉络瘀阻型眼底出血的体会

摘　　要：糖尿病眼底出血属于糖尿病视网膜病变(DR),能迅速导致视力下降,病情较急,本着“急则治其标”的原则,此时应当以眼内出血论治为主。廖品正教授认为其证本虚而标实,应分期论治,“血不利则为水”,以活血利水为大法。Diabetic fundus haemorrhage belongs to diabetic retinopathy(DR),which can rapidly lead to vision loss is a more urgent condition.According to the principle of“treating the symptom when there is an emergency”,at this time,intraocular haemorrhage should be the main treatment.Professor Liao Pinzheng believes that the evidence of this deficiency but the standard is solid,should be staged treatment,“blood is not good for water”,to promote blood and water as the main method.
