摘 要:当前输送机滚筒轴承振动信号降噪控制结构一般设置为目标式,降噪的效率整体较低,导致信噪比下降,为此提出对多点驱动带式输送机滚筒轴承振动信号降噪方法的设计。根据当前的测试需求,先进行轴承振动信号特征提取,实现单边波峰宽度比对后,采用多阶段的方式,提升降噪的整体效率,完成多阶段的控制处理。以此为基础,构建CEEMD自适应滚筒轴承振动信号降噪模型,最终采用混叠修正的方式来实现降噪处理。最终的测试结果表明:在不同的内圈故障频率范围之内,对比于传统自适应变分模态分解轴承振动信号降噪测试组、传统改进型随机共振轴承振动信号降噪测试组,此次所设计的CEEMD自适应轴承振动信号降噪测试组得出的信噪比均可以达到80 dB以上,降噪效果得到了进一步提升,具有实际的应用价值。The current conveyor drum bearing vibration signal noise reduction control structure is generally set as a target type,the overall efficiency of noise reduction is low,resulting in a decrease in the signal-to-noise ratio,in order to put forward the design of multi-point drive belt conveyor drum bearing vibration signal noise reduction method.According to the current test requirements,the bearing vibration signal feature extraction is carried out first,and after realising the unilateral wave width comparison,a multi-stage approach is adopted to improve the overall efficiency of noise reduction and complete the multi-stage control processing.Based on this,the CEEMD adaptive roller bearing vibration signal noise reduction model is constructed,and the final noise reduction process is achieved by the way of blending correction.The final test results show that:in different inner ring fault frequency range,compared with the traditional adaptive variational modal decomposition bearing vibration signal noise reduction test group,the traditional improved stochastic resonance bearing vibration signal noise reduction test group,the designed CEEMD adaptive bearing vibration signal noise reduction test group can reach a signal-to-noise ratio of more than 80dB,the noise reduction effect has been further improved,and the noise reduction effect has been further improved.It has practical application value.
