摘  要:汽车变速器是汽车的重要部件之一,其结构简单、操作方便,对于汽车性能有重要的影响。但是其变速比的设计一般使用经验公式或者等比级数分配法,有较大局限性,因此通过对汽车变速器的功能与问题进行分析,在传统分配方式的基础上提出了以发动机功率为目标,基于档位使用率的变速比分配优化方法,通过实例验证了该方法的可行性,为变速器变速比的研究奠定了理论基础。Automotive transmission is one of the important parts of the car,its structure is simple,easy to operate,and has an important impact on the performance of the car.However,the design of its gear ratio generally uses the empirical formula or isometric progression allocation method,which has greater limitations.Therefore,by analysing the functions and problems of automotive transmissions,the optimization method of gear ratio allocation is proposed on the basis of traditional allocation method with the engine power as the target and based on the gear usage rate,and the feasibility of the method is verified through examples,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of the gear ratio of the transmission.
