摘 要:利用UG和Workbench软件根据EBZ300掘进机的实体尺寸构建有限元模型,对疲劳寿命进行分析,发现结构的4根销轴部位的疲劳寿命相对较短。在Workbench中选用响应面优化方法进行优化设计,其中将4根销轴的直径和长度作为优化对象,将结构的疲劳寿命作为优化目标。通过优化使得结构的最大应力集中出现降低,而最小疲劳寿命则出现大幅提升。将优化改进后的回转平台部署到掘进机中,并累计运行几个月时间。通过观察发现新回转平台运行过程更加稳定,其使用寿命预计可延长30%以上。通过回转平台的结构改进,能为企业创造良好的经济效益。Using UG and Workbench software to construct a finite element model according to the solid dimensions of EBZ300 roadheader,the fatigue life is analysed,and it is found that the fatigue life of the four pin parts of the structure is relatively short.Response surface optimisation method is used in Workbench to optimise the design,in which the diameters and lengths of the four pins are taken as the optimisation objects,and the fatigue life of the structure is taken as the optimisation target.Through the optimisation,the maximum stress concentration of the structure is reduced,while the minimum fatigue life is greatly increased.The optimised slewing platform was deployed in the roadheader and operated for several months.It was observed that the new slewing platform is more stable in operation and its service life is expected to be extended by more than 30%.The structural improvement of the slewing platform can create good economic benefits for the enterprise.
