摘　　要：社会主义意识形态话语能力是话语主体在话语生产和话语实践中生产建构、传播表达、捍卫维护、创新发展社会主义意识形态话语的能力。邓小平在社会主义意识形态话语生产和话语实践中通过:清除思想污染,优化话语环境;总结经验教训,创新话语思想;根据现实需求,革新话语方式;基于深思远虑,创制话语理论,彰显了其强大的社会主义意识形态话语能力。深入研究邓小平社会主义意识形态话语能力的多维向度,对巩固壮大奋进新时代的主流思想舆论,建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态具有重要的指导意义和实践价值。Socialist ideological discourse ability is the discourse subject's ability to produce,construct,disseminate,express,defend,and innovatively develop socialist ideological discourse in discourse production and discourse practice.In the production and practice of socialist ideological discourse,Deng Xiaoping demonstrated its power by:eliminating ideological pollution and optimizing the discourse environment;summarizing experience and lessons,innovating discourse ideas;innovating discourse methods based on practical needs;and creating discourse theory based on foresight.socialist ideological discourse ability.An in-depth study of the multi-dimensional discourse ability of Deng Xiaoping's socialist ideology has important guiding significance and practical value for consolidating and strengthening the mainstream thought and public opinion in the new era and building a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leadership.
