摘  要:随着新能源车的普及率越来越高,电池托盘的需求也越来越大,人工或者专机焊接不能满足多种类大批量托盘的焊接需求。文中设计了一种可实现工装快速切换、工件快速装夹焊接的滑台式焊接机器人工作站。采用2套焊接机器人配合1台滑台式变位机进行焊接的双机三工位的工作模式,通过PLC控制整个工作站的稳定运行。经过实际焊接生产表明:与人工手动焊接相比,焊缝美观、一致性较好、效率提高、成本降低。With the increasing popularity of new energy vehicles,the demand for battery trays is also increasing,and manual or special machine welding cannot meet the welding needs of various types of large-scale pallets.A sliding table welding robot workstation that realizes rapid tooling switching and workpiece clamping and welding is designed.The working mode of double machine and three stations of welding are adopted with two sets of welding robots and one sliding table positioner,and the stable operation of the entire workstation is controlled by PLC.Actual welding production shows that compared with manual welding,the weld seam is perfect,the consistency is better,the efficiency is improved,and the cost is reduced.
