摘  要:在无人机生产装配过程中,机身口盖在产品成形时通常会留有5~10 mm修配余量。口盖安装需要实现口盖与蒙皮的对缝间隙一致、口盖之间可互换,因此设计探针式口盖划线工装。通过手动调整划线探针组件的位置高度,保证针尖压紧口盖表面,以机身蒙皮下陷线为行程轨迹移动整体工装,来实现口盖划线工序。结合Abaqus有限元分析软件进行受力分析。研究发现,该工装受力载荷满足设计强度要求,划线工装操作简单,能减少口盖修配工时,尤其是修配口盖圆弧曲线处更节约时间;还可以实现降本增效,保证口盖安装的一致性。During the production and assembly of UAVs,the fuselage mouth cover usually leaves a repair allowance of 5~10 mm when the product is formed.The installation of mouth caps requires that the gap between the mouth cover and the skin is consistent and the mouth cap is interchangeable,so the probe type mouth cap scribing fixture is designed.By manually adjusting the position height of the scribing probe assembly to ensure that the needle tip presses the surface of the mouth cover,the overall tooling is moved to realize the scribing process of the mouth cover by taking the fuselage skin subsidence line as the stroke trajectory.Abaqus finite element analysis software is used to carry out force analysis.The analysis results prove that the force load of the tooling meets the design strength requirements,and the scribing tooling is not only simple to operate,but also can reduce the labor time of mouth cover repair.In particular,it can save more time in repairing the arc curve of the mouth cover.It can also reduce costs and increase efficiency,and ensure the consistency of mouth cover installation.
