摘 要:文章旨在研究日粮中维生素B_(1)的水平对赛马生长性能、运动性能和血清生化指标的影响。试验将15匹6月龄、体重(127.69±10.23)kg的健康赛马随机分为试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组,上述马匹均每日饲喂相同营养水平的日粮,并分别添加0、10、20mg维生素B_(1),进行为期30d的饲养试验,结果表明,三组马驹末重无显著差异(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组平均日增重相对较高,但无显著差异(P>0.05);其中试验Ⅲ组末重较试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组分别提高12.75%、7.46%,但纳入研究的三组马驹在平均日采食量方面未见统计学差异(P>0.05);在研究的第30天,试验Ⅲ组马驹800m平均速度高于试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05);各组马驹血清生化指标均随日龄增加而降低,在正式试验第0天,三组血浆生化指标之间均无显著差异(P>0.05);试验第30天,试验Ⅲ组马驹各项血清生化指标高于其他两组,但此差异不显著(P>0.05)。对健康赛马补喂维生素B_(1)能促进赛马生长,改善血液生化指标,有利于促进赛马运动性能的提升。The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of vitamin B_(1) levels in diets on growth performance,exercise performance and serum biochemical indexes of racehorses.Fifteen healthy racehorses of 6 months of age and weighing(127.69±10.23)kg were randomly divided into test groupⅠ,test groupⅡ,and test groupⅢ.The above horses were fed the same nutritional level of diet daily,and 0,10 mg,and 20 mg of vitamin B_(1) were added to the diets,respectively,and the growth performance,locomotor performance,and serum biochemical indices of racehorses of the three groups were measured after a 30-day feeding trial.The growth performance,exercise behavior and serum biochemical indexes of the four groups were measured.No statistical difference was seen(P>0.05);in the 30th d of the study,the average speed of 800 m of foals in the testⅢgroup was higher than that of the testⅠgroup and the testⅡgroup(P<0.05);serum biochemical indexes of foals of all groups decreased with the increase of day age,and there was no significant difference between plasma biochemical indexes of the three groups in the official test on the 0th d(P>0.05);on the 30th d of the trial,the foals of testⅢgroup had higher serum biochemical indexes than those of the other groups.At 30 d of the test,the serum biochemical indexes were higher than those of the other two groups,but this difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Supplementary feeding of vitamin B_(1) to healthy racehorses can promote the growth of racehorses,improve the blood biochemical indexes,and help to promote the athletic performance of racehorses.
