摘　　要：农作物秸秆作为一种常见的饲料来源,在畜禽养殖中起重要作用。不同农作物秸秆的营养价值和经济效益受地域、气候、农业活动等多种因素影响,不同农作物秸秆的营养含量存在差异,水稻秸秆富含碳水化合物和纤维素,适合作为猪饲料;玉米秸秆中的植物纤维含量较高,适合用于牛羊饲料。合理利用不同种类的农作物秸秆可以提高畜禽的生长速度,降低饲养成本,从而带来经济效益。本文主要探究不同农作物秸秆饲料的产量及营养价值情况,并对畜禽饲养成本及经济效益进行探究,为不同农作物秸秆饲料的利用提供一定参考。As a common source of feed,crop straw plays an important role in livestock and poultry breeding.The nutritional value and economic benefits of different crop straws are affected by various factors such as region,climate,agricultural activities,etc.,and there are differences in the nutrient content of different crop straws,rice straw is rich in carbohydrates and cellulose,which is suitable for pig feed,and corn straw has a high content of plant fiber,which is suitable for cattle and sheep feed.Through the rational use of different kinds of crop straw as feed,the growth rate and yield of livestock and poultry can be improved,and the cost of feed can be reduced,thereby bringing economic benefits.This paper mainly explores the yield and nutritional value of straw feed of different crops,and explores the cost and economic benefits of livestock and poultry feeding,so as to provide some reference for the utilization of straw feed of different crops.
