摘 要:文章主要介绍了中国大学生方程式系列赛事(FSC)赛车空气动力学套件设计及优化过程。针对辽宁工业大学Wonder-E05号赛车,通过计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真分析,研究了赛车在不同工况下的气动特性。研究结果表明,通过分析赛车在俯仰工况下的车身姿态变化,发现前翼设计对离地间隙变化敏感,使得整车俯仰工况中气动特性变化明显,前翼可采用高离地间隙和大攻角襟翼以减少前翼离地间隙敏感性。研究结果可在后续赛车设计时为整车设计提供设计思路,减少离地间隙对整车气动敏感性的影响。This paper mainly introduces the design and optimization process of the aerodynamic kit of the formula student China(FSC)racing car.For the Wonder-E05 racing car of Liaoning University of Technology,the aerodynamic characteristics of the racing car under different working conditions are studied through computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation analysis.The results show that by analyzing the change of the body attitude under the pitch condition,it is found that the front wing design is sensitive to the change of ground clearance,which makes the aerodynamic characteristics of the vehicle change significantly under the pitch condition,and the front wing can be equipped with high ground clearance and large angle of attack flaps are used to reduce the ground clearance sensitivity of the front wing.The research results can provide design ideas for the vehicle design in the subsequent racing car design,and reduce the influence of ground clearance on the aerodynamic sensitivity of the vehicle.
