摘  要:随着新兴行业不断兴起,传统学科已不能满足各专业人才的需求,多学科交叉的创新型研究生的培养势必成为社会发展的趋势。立足多学科交叉视角下对创新型研究生培养进行综合研究,对多学科交叉培养创新型研究生的要义、现状、培养模式展开深入讨论,分析总结现阶段多学科交叉的创新型研究生培养在培养制度、师资水平、培养体系等三个维度的阻滞因素。基于阻滞因素从完善多学科交叉联合培养制度、提高多学科交叉培养师资力量、优化多学科交叉培养指导体系等三个层面提出有针对性的对策建议,以支持多学科交叉的创新型研究生的培养走出学科条块分割的约束,为学科交叉与融合持续发展助力。With the continuous emergence of new industries,traditional disciplines can no longer satisfy the needs of professional talents,and the training of interdisciplinary and innovative graduates will inevitably become a trend in social development.Based on an interdisciplinary perspective,this comprehensive study discusses the essentials,current status,and training models of innovative graduate training.It deeply analyzes the obstructive factors in the dimensions of training systems,faculty quality,and training frameworks that are currently faced in the interdisciplinary training of innovative graduates.Based on these factors,the paper proposes targeted strategies from three aspects:perfecting the joint training systems of interdisciplinary cross-cutting,enhancing the faculty strength in interdisciplinary training,and optimizing the guidance systems for interdisciplinary training.These strategies aim to support the training of interdisciplinary innovative graduates to break free from the constraints of academic segmentation and contribute to the sustained development of disciplinary integration and fusion.
