摘　　要：国家移民管理局自成立以来,初步建成了一支革命化、正规化、专业化、职业化的高素质移民管理队伍。然而面对新时期严峻复杂的国际环境和艰巨繁重的国内改革发展稳定任务,加强对移民管理后备力量的培养已经迫在眉睫。公安院校是培养移民管理警察后备力量的主阵地,然而由于移民管理专业设立时间较短、专业建设经验薄弱,目前人才培养尚未形成体系化、成熟化机制。因此,移民管理专业人才培养应坚持问题导向,着重培育学生移民管理职业精神,强化实践环节,以培养高技能应用型人才。要不断完善专业课程体系,丰富人才培养模式,打造优质师资队伍,全方位提升专业人才培养质量。Since the establishment of National Immigration Administration,it has forged a revolutionary,standardized,professional and professional high-quality immigration management team.In the face of the severe and complex international environment and the arduous task of domestic reform,development and stability,it is urgent to strengthen the cultivation of the reserve force of immigration management.Public security colleges are the main battlefield for cultivating reserve forces for immigration management police.However,due to the short duration of immigration management professional education and weak professional construction experience,the talent training has not yet formed a systematic and mature mechanism.Immigration management professional personnel training construction should adhere to the problem.Students should be instilled with the professional spirit of immigration management and,focused on practical training,cultivated to be high skilled applied talents.It is imperative for us to improve the construction of professional curriculum system,build a high-quality teaching staff and enrich training models,comprehensively improve the quality of professional talent cultivation.
