摘 要:国家安全和社会稳定是党和国家的全局工作,需要高素质、实战能力强的警务人才。实战化教学改革是公安高等教育领域深化改革的主要任务之一。然而公安高等教育实战化教学改革仍面临教学资源不足,教学资源数字化程度不高,课程结构及内容滞后,学生学风涣散以及人才培养质量反馈机制不畅等问题。在深入探讨公安高等教育实战化教学改革的必要性及面临的挑战基础上,应拓宽师资渠道,改善教学资源条件,深化课程实战化建设,健全学生学风建设长效机制,改进人才培养质量反馈机制等。National security and social stability are the overall work of the Party and the state,which requires high-quality and strong practical ability of police personnel.The practical teaching reform in the field of public security higher education is one of the main tasks to be reformed deeply.However,the practical teaching reform of public security higher education still faces problems such as insufficient teaching resources,low degree of digitalization of teaching resources,lagging course structure and content,scattered student learning style,and poor communication mechanism of talent training quality.Based on the in-depth discussion of the necessity and challenges of the practical teaching reform in public security higher education,this article proposes to broaden the teaching staff channels,improve teaching resource conditions,deepen the construction of practical courses,establish a long-term mechanism for improving student learning style,and improve the talent training quality feedback mechanism.
