空间正义失范与重申--基于城市权利的历史街区更新路径重构

摘　　要：时代变迁背景下城市化发展的下半场,城市更新与快速城镇化并轨而行。历史街区改造不仅是城市更新与经济增长的重要领域,亦面临着遗产保护与活化创新的双重挑战。在此进程中,社会不公平的现象相继发生。从空间正义角度入手,整合历史街区的空间正义流向,反思其更新改造中空间正义失范的问题表征。基于此,提出基于城市权利的历史街区更新路径重构,形成一套可持续发展的协同更新机制,以实现历史街区空间正义的重申。In the wake of urbanization development in the context of changing times,urban renewal and rapid urbanization are going hand in hand.The renovation of historic districts is not only an important area of urban renewal and economic growth,but also faces the dual challenges of heritage preservation and revitalization.In this process,social inequality phenomena have emerged one after another.From the perspective of spatial justice,it is important to integrate the direction of spatial justice in historic districts,and to reflect on the problematic characteristics of spatial justice disorders.Based on this,it proposes to reconstruct the path of historic district renewal based on the right to the city,and to form a set of sustainable and collaborative renewal mechanisms in order to revitalize the spatial justice of historic districts.
