摘 要:目的对比分析共同性斜视患者行斜视矫正手术后进行传统双眼视觉训练与视感知觉训练对其术后斜视度及双眼视觉功能的影响。方法抽签法将2021年3月至2023年2月间我科接诊的89例共同性斜视择期行斜视矫正手术患者分为2组,术后1w,常规组44例患者开始行传统双眼视觉训练,观察组45例患者接受视感知觉训练,随访至术后半年,观察并比较两组斜视度、知觉眼位、扭曲度、正位率、立体视觉功能和复发情况。结果训练6个月末,观察组扭曲度(32.85±5.61)、水平偏移度(86.74±11.83)低于常规组的扭曲度(38.33±6.16)、水平偏移(97.79±13.38),远斜视度(5.03±0.79)、近斜视度度(4.99±0.91)、近立体视觉(2.18±0.07)高于常规组的远斜视度(4.45±0.88)、近斜视度(4.48±0.89)、近立体视觉(2.06±0.06),差异有统计学意义(t=4.3897,4.1299,3.2735,2.6723,8.6745,P=0.0000,0.0001,0.0015,0.0090,0.0000<0.05),垂直偏移(14.84±3.19)和远立体视觉62.22%改善情况略优于常规组的垂直偏移(13.79±3.17)、远立体视觉50.00%,眼正位率91.11%略高于常规组的86.36%,差异无统计学意义(t=1.5573,P=0.1230>0.05,χ^(2)=1.3500,0.1394,P=0.2453,0.7089>0.05)。结论共同性斜视患者行斜视矫正手术后进行视感知觉训练和传统双眼视觉训练近立体视功能和眼正位情况均得到了有效重建,其中视感知觉训练对患者扭曲度和水平偏移改善效果更明显,一定程度上促进远立体视觉的改善和重建。Objective To compare and analyze the effects of traditional binocular visual training and visual perception training on postoperative strabismus and binocular visual function in patients with concomitant strabismus after corrective surgery.Methods 89 patients with concomitant strabismus who were treated in our department between March 2021 and February 2023 were selected.According to the lottery method,they were divided into 2 groups.After 1 week of treatment,44 patients in the conventional group received traditional binocular visual training,while 45 patients in the observation group received visual perception training,and were followed up to six months after surgery.The degree of strabismus,perceived eye position,distortion,orthostatic rate,stereoscopic vision function and recurrence were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of training,the distortion degree(32.85±5.61)and horizontal deviation(86.74±11.83)in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(38.33±6.16)and horizontal deviation(97.79±13.38).Far strabismus(5.03±0.79),near strabismus(4.99±0.91)and near stereoscopic vision(2.18±0.07)were higher than those of conventional group(4.45±0.88),near strabismus(4.48±0.89)and near stereoscopic vision(2.06±0.06).The difference was statistically significant(t=4.3897,4.1299,3.2735,2.6723,8.6745,P=0.0000,0.0001,0.0015,0.0090,0.0000<0.05).The improvement of vertical migration(14.84±3.19)and far-stereoscopic vision(62.22%)was slightly better than that of the conventional group(13.79±3.17)and far-stereoscopic vision(50.00%),and the ocular orthoposition rate of 91.11%was slightly higher than that of the conventional group(86.36%),the difference was not statistically significant(t=1.5573,P=0.1230>0.05,χ^(2)=1.3500,0.1394,P=0.2453,0.7089>0.05).Conclusion In patients with concomitant strabismus after corrective surgery,visual perception training and traditional binocular vision training can effectively rebuild the near-stereoscopic vision function and the
