摘　　要：马克思恩格斯翻译规范思想是马克思主义翻译理论体系的重要组成部分。本文通过梳理马克思恩格斯外文原典等相关文献,采取跨学科的视角,全面考证马克思恩格斯关于翻译规范思想的核心话语和重要阐释。其翻译规范思想内涵丰富,自成一体,涵盖政治规范、法律规范、伦理规范、操作规范和质量规范5个方面的内容,贯穿马克思恩格斯政治话语体系建设的全过程。马克思恩格斯对翻译规范思想的独创性论述对翻译学科建设和中央文献的对外传播具有重要的理论价值和指导作用。Marx and Engels'thoughts on translation norms are an essential component of Marxist translation theory.This paper adopts an interdisciplinary approachto comprehensively explore the core discourse and interpretation of Marx and Engels'thoughts on translation norms from their original German texts and other relevant literature.Their thoughts on translation norms are rich in connotation and encompass five aspects:political norms,legal norms,ethical norms,operational norms,and quality norms.These norms are interwoven throughout the entire process of the construction of Marx and Engels'political discourse system.Marx and Engels'thoughts on translation norms hold important theoretical value and guiding significance for the construction of translation discipline,as well as contribute to the translation and dissemination of Chinese political documents.
