摘　　要：质量是制造业企业成功的核心要素,而加工过程能力是衡量和保证质量的关键指标。通过不断提升加工过程能力,企业不仅可以保证产品质量、降低成本、提高效率,还能在激烈的市场竞争中保持优势,实现可持续发展。本文研究柴油发动机缸盖进气座圈安装孔深度的加工过程能力,通过测量数据收集,统计分析和能力评估等找到影响加工过程能力不足的关键因素,进而提升过程能力。Quality is the core element of the success of manufacturing enterprises,and the processing capability is the key index to measure and guarantee the quality.By continuously improving the processing capacity,enterprises can not only ensure product quality,reduce costs,improve efficiency,but also maintain advantages in the fierce market competition and achieve sustainable development.This paper studies the processing capability of the mounting hole depth of the cylinder head intake seat ring of diesel engine,and finds the key factors affecting the insufficient processing capability through measurement data collection,statistical analysis and capability evaluation,so as to improve the process capability.
