摘 要:为保障新能源汽车动力锂电池组在电动叉车上的快速推广及可靠应用,研究设计一套极简的叉车动力锂电池组散热系统,解决电动叉车循环高温工况及低压大倍率充放电特性下的动力锂电池组高温问题及循环寿命大幅降低问题变得尤为重要。通过对电动叉车搭载动力锂电池组的热性能仿真分析,对车架结构及动力锂电池组进行了优化设计,保障了动力锂电池组在电动叉车系统中应用的可靠性。通过电动叉车典型工况的模拟试验验证,保障了动力锂电池组在高温环境下运行时,热平衡时的温度能维持在合理的温度区间下工作,避免了电池高温问题以及高温对电池寿命的影响。为电动叉车批量化搭载动力锂电池组进行推广应用提供了有力保障。To ensure the rapid promotion and reliable application of new energy vehicle power lithium battery packs on electric forklifts, it is particularly important to research and design a minimalist forklift power lithium battery pack heat dissipation system to solve the high temperature problem and significant reduction in cycle life of power lithium battery packs under high temperature conditions and low voltage high rate charging and discharging characteristics of electric forklifts. Through thermal performance simulation analysis of electric forklifts equipped with power lithium battery packs, the frame structure and power lithium battery pack were optimized and designed to ensure the reliability of power lithium battery packs in electric forklift systems. Through simulation experiments of typical operating conditions of electric forklifts, it is ensured that the temperature of the power lithium battery pack can be maintained within a reasonable temperature range during thermal balance when operating in high temperature environments, avoiding the problem of high temperature and the impact of high temperature on battery life. This provides a strong guarantee for the promotion and application of bulk installation of power lithium battery packs on electric forklifts.
