摘 要:根据QC/T819-2009《两轮摩托车和两轮轻便摩托车车架》中的要求,对某电动摩托车车架建立有限元模型,采用有限元方法分析了最大水平荷载、最大垂直荷载和最大乘客荷载三种极端工况下的应力分布。同时分析了车架在弯曲和扭转工况下的刚度,并对分析结果进行验证,从而为车架的可靠性设计和结构优化提供了参考依据。According to the requirements of QC/T819-2009 " Frame of two-wheel motorcycle and two-wheel moped ", a finite element model was established for the frame of an electric motorcycle, and the stress distribution under three extreme working conditions of maximum horizontal load, maximum vertical load, and maximum passenger load was analyzed using the finite element method. At the same time, the stiffness of the frame under bending and torsion conditions was analyzed, and the analysis results were verified, providing a reference basis for the reliability design and structural optimization of the frame.
