摘  要:珩磨加工作为一种精密加工方法,对气缸套内孔的表面质量起着关键作用。文章首先分析了珩磨加工过程中影响工件表面质量的因素,包括珩磨速度、压力、冷却液类型以及珩磨工具和材料等。通过实验研究和数据分析,揭示了这些因素对表面粗糙度、尺寸精度和几何形状等表面质量指标的影响规律。在此基础上,提出了优化珩磨加工的策略,包括优化珩磨参数、选择合适的珩磨工具和材料,以及改进珩磨加工设备和工艺。这些优化策略旨在提高气缸套内孔的表面质量,从而提高发动机的性能和寿命。Honing, as a precision machining method, plays a key role in the surface quality of cylinder liner inner hole. Firstly, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the surface quality of workpiece during honing, including honing speed, pressure, coolant type, honing tools and materials. Through experimental research and data analysis, the influence of these factors on surface quality indexes such as surface roughness, dimensional accuracy and geometric shape is revealed. On this basis, the strategy of optimizing honing process is put forward, including optimizing honing parameters, selecting suitable honing tools and materials, and improving honing equipment and technology. These optimization strategies are aimed at improving the surface quality of cylinder liner bore, thus improving the performance and life of engine.
