摘 要:数控加工技术具有高精度、高效率和自动化的特点,因此,广泛应用于制造领域的机械加工环节。以数控铣床仿真加工试题为案例,通过对某型腔类零件的图纸进行分析编制机械加工工艺流程,选择装夹夹具、编程零点、对刀方式,研究型腔加工模式,手动编写数控程序创建刀具及零件加工参数,进行仿真加工,并测量加工结果,验证编程策略的正确性,为型腔类零件的走刀路线及数控编程提供。CNC machining technology has the characteristics of high precision,high efficiency,and automa-tion,therefore,it is widely used in the mechanical machining process in the manufacturing field.Taking the nu-merical control milling machine simulation machining test as a case study,the mechanical machining process flowof a certain type of cavity part is analyzed and compiled by selecting clamping fixtures,programming zeros,andtool alignment methods.The machining mode of the cavity is studied,and the numerical control program is man-ually written to create cutting tools and part machining parameters.Simulation machining is carried out,and themachining results are measured to verify the correctness of the programming strategy,providing the cutting pathand numerical control programming for cavity type parts.
