摘  要:“三教”改革背景下,推进中职专业课教学模式改革将极大程度上提高现中职课堂教学现状,对健全中职专业课教学体系有重要效果。以中职学校数控技术应用专业的专业核心课《数控铣床编程与操作》为依托,采用3W2D1H教学模式对中职二年级学生“玩中学”、“学中悟”式教学。通过教学,学生有效学习兴趣,课堂教学内容贴近当今企业工作需求,极大程度提高学生岗位工作认知度,明确自身发展方向。“三教”改革下对中职学校的教学模式改革提出,为培养胜任数控相关岗位的中职学校毕业生提供一定保障性。Under the background of the reform of "three educations", promoting the reform of the teaching mode of secondary vocational professional courses will greatly improve the current situation of secondary vocational classroom teaching, and have an important effect on improving the teaching system of secondary vocational professional courses. Relying on the core course of CNC technology application in secondary vocational schools, "CNC Milling Machine Programming and Operation", the 3W2D1H teaching mode is used to teach the second-year students of secondary vocational schools in the style of "learning by playing" and "learning in understanding". Through teaching, students are effectively interested in learning, and the classroom teaching content is close to the work needs of today's enterprises, which greatly improves students' job awareness and clarifies their own development direction. Under the reform of "three educations", the reform of the teaching mode of secondary vocational schools is proposed, which provides a certain guarantee for the training of secondary vocational school graduates who are competent for CNC related positions.
