摘  要:随着新能源汽车的发展,为了满足日益严苛的排放法规,提高新能源汽车的续航里程和经济性,整车轻量化成为目前各大车企研究的重点方向之一。本文首先介绍轻量化对整车性能的影响,随后介绍轻量化结构工艺在新能源汽车上的应用。同时,通过建立整车有限元模型进行拓扑优化设计和结构优化设计,得到满足性能和制造成本需求的轻量化材料结构。通过对比分析优化前后的结果表明,轻量化后整车重量减轻约10 kg,续航里程提升约2%,同时车辆整体成本降低10%左右。研究表明轻量化能够显著提高新能源汽车的续航里程、经济性以及行驶安全性等。With the development of new energy vehicles,to meet the increasingly stringent emission regulations and improve the mileage and economy of new energy vehicles,vehicle lightweight has become one of the key research directions of major car companies.This paper first introduces the impact of lightweight on vehicle performance,and then introduces the application of lightweight structure technology in new energy vehicles.At the same time,the topology optimization design and structural optimization design are carried out by establishing the finite element model of the whole vehicle,and the lightweight material structure that meets the requirements of performance and manufacturing cost is obtained.The results of comparative analysis before and after optimization show that the weight of the vehicle is reduced by about 10 kg,the cruising range is increased by about 2%,and the overall cost of the vehicle is reduced by about 10%.Studies have shown that lightweight can significantly improve the mileage,economy and driving safety of new energy vehicles.
