摘  要:为降低汽车开发成本,满足消费者对汽车节能环保性、美观性、舒适性等各种性能需求,本文应用计算机辅助三维设计的高端主流软件UG(Unigraphics)内置的装配模块,完成对汽车驱动桥虚拟装配。首先,介绍了汽车驱动桥组成。其次,应用UG三维设计软件,完成对汽车驱动桥壳的3D设计以及仿真计算。最后,对汽车驱动桥的行星齿轮轴、齿轮、端盖、轴承、螺丝、弹垫、半轴行星齿轮桥壳、十字头、螺栓、螺母等各种辅件进行虚拟装配设计,为后期汽车驱动桥虚拟装配设计工作有效地开展提供重要的依据和参考。In order to reduce the cost of automobile development and meet the consumers'performance requirements for energy saving,environmental protection,aesthetics,comfort and other performance requirements,this paper uses the built-in assembly module of the high-end mainstream computer-aided 3D design software UG(Unigraphics)to complete the virtual assembly of the automotive drive axle.First of all,the composition of the automobile drive axle is introduced.Secondly,the UG 3D design software was used to complete the 3D design and simulation calculation of the automobile drive axle housing.Finally,the virtual assembly design of various accessories such as planetary gear shafts,gears,end covers,bearings,screws,elastic pads,half-shaft planetary gear axle housings,crossheads,bolts,nuts and other accessories of automobile drive axle is carried out,which provides an important basis and reference for the effective development of the virtual assembly design of automobile drive axle in the later stage.
