摘  要:转向手感是影响汽车舒适性评价的重要指标之一,而转向系统的力矩波动会对转向手感有较大影响。对于汽车转向系统而言,合理的硬点布置以及中间轴相位角能够有效减小转向系统的力矩波动,从而保证驾驶的转向手感。本文针对某车型的转向系统的力矩波动进行了深入研究,从硬点布置、中间轴相位角等影响因素进行分析,并运用理论计算和CATIA仿真两种方法进行优化设计验证,结果表明优化后的硬点布置能够将力矩波动值控制在设计范围内,并且针对方向盘零位的力矩波动进行匹配优化,能够有效提升驾驶员的转向手感。The steering feel is one of the important indexes that affect the evaluation of automobile comfort,and the torque fluctuation of the steering system will have a great influence on the steering feel.For automobile steering system,reasonable hard point arrangement and intermediate axis phase angle can effectively reduce the torque fluctuation of steering system,so as to ensure the steering feel of driving.This paper conducted an in-depth study on the torque fluctuation of a steering system of a certain vehicle model,analyzed the influencing factors such as hard point arrangement and intermediate axis phase angle,and verified the optimization design by using two methods of theoretical calculation and CATIA simulation.The results showed that the optimized hard point arrangement could control the torque fluctuation within the design range.And the matching optimization for the torque fluctuation of the zero position of the steering wheel can effectively improve the steering feel of the driver.
