摘 要:汽车轮胎噪声是指车辆在行驶过程中,轮胎与地面摩擦产生的声音。轮胎噪声是车辆噪声的主要来源之一,对驾驶员和乘客的舒适性和安静造成很大影响[1]。为解决某纯电SUV车型在正常行驶制动过程中轮胎出现的啸叫问题,采用了客观测试复现的排查方法,通过NVH设备进行数据采集,确认异常噪声发生的工况、频率、声压级等信息,锁定轮胎啸叫的主要影响因素,找到制动啸叫问题的改善方向。结合项目应用的实际情况制定合理的优化措施,可以调整胎面材料和优化胎面花纹来降低轮胎噪声。这些解决啸叫问题的方法和思路,为后续项目开发时避免这些问题或解决同类型问题提供指导和参考[2]。Tire noise refers to the sound produced by the friction between the tires and the road surface during vehicle operation.Tire noise is a major source of vehicle noise,and it can affect the comfort and quietness of the driver and passengers.In order to solve the squealing problem of the tires during normal braking of a certain pure electric SUV model,an objective testing and troubleshooting method was adopted,and data was collected through NVH equipment to confirm the working conditions,frequency,sound pressure level,and other information of the abnormal noise.The main factors affecting tire squealing were identified,and the direction for improving the braking squealing problem was found.Rational optimization measures were formulated based on the actual application of the project,such as adjusting tire tread materials and optimizing tire tread patterns to reduce tire noise.These methods and approaches for solving the squealing problem provide guidance and reference for avoiding or solving similar issues in future project development.
