高职院校新能源汽车专业创新型学生培养路径研究

摘　　要：随着新能源汽车的迅猛发展,新能源汽车市场需求不断扩大,创新型专业人才需求缺口较大。文章通过研究新能源汽车行业的发展背景,分析高职院校在新能源汽车专业创新型人才培养方面存在的问题,并提出了培养路径。旨在为新能源汽车专业创新型人才培养提供参考,培养出更多满足市场需求的新能源汽车专业的毕业生,促进行业的发展。With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,the market demand for new energy vehicles continues to expand,and the demand for innovative professionals is large.By studying the development background of the new energy vehicle industry,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative talents in new energy vehicle majors in higher vocational colleges,and proposes the training path.It aims to provide a reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in new energy vehicles,cultivate more graduates of new energy vehicles to meet the market demand,and promote the development of the industry.
