基于赛教融通的专业课实训环节优化办法研究——以城轨车辆应用技术专业为例

摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨基于赛教融通的专业课实训优化办法。通过分析当前专业课实训中存在的问题与不足,结合赛教融通的理念与实践经验,提出一系列针对性的优化策略。这些策略包括构建融合竞赛元素的实训体系、加强师资队伍建设、改进实训教学方法、建立多元化评价机制等。研究结果将为提升专业课实训效果、促进学生实践能力和创新精神的培养提供有益参考,推动职业教育的高质量发展。This study aims to explore optimization methods for professional course practical training based on the integration of competition and education.By analyzing the existing problems and deficiencies in current professional course practical training,a series of targeted optimization strategies are proposed,integrating the concepts and practical experience of integrating competition and education.These strategies include constructing a practical training system that incorporates competition elements,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,improving practical training teaching methods,and establishing a diversified evaluation mechanism.The research results will provide valuable reference for enhancing the effectiveness of professional course practical training,promoting the cultivation of students'practical ability and innovative spirit,and driving the high-quality development of vocational education.
