摘  要:本科生导师制是优化人才培养方式、提升人才培养质量的重要举措之一。我国少数高校在实施本科生导师制中已经取得一定成效,但绝大部分高校至今仍处在导师制探索实践阶段,正面临着诸多问题。文章结合成都大学机械工程学院机械设计制造及其自动化本科专业在实践全员全程本科生导师制过程中遇到的问题,对本科生导师制进行简单地探讨分析,旨在为我国高等学校实施本科生导师制提供参考与借鉴。The undergraduate tutor system is one of the important measures to optimize the talent training method and improve the quality of talent training.A small number of colleges and universities in China have achieved certain results in the implementation of the undergraduate tutor system,but the vast majority of colleges and universities are still in the stage of exploration and practice of the tutor system and are facing many problems.Based on the problems encountered in the practice of the undergraduate tutor system for all students in the undergraduate program of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation in the School of Mechanical Engineering,Chengdu University,this paper briefly discusses and analyzes the undergraduate tutor system,aiming to provide reference for the implementation of the undergraduate tutor system in China's colleges and universities.
